A treatment cycle in TOT — choose a stage
History, consents and the first round of investigations are recorded once and stay with the patient for every cycle that follows.
Protocol, dosing, monitoring visits and medication orders tracked day by day, with reminders going out to the patient.
Oocyte and sperm collection logged against the cycle, with electronic witnessing at each handling step instead of a countersignature on paper.
Insemination method, fertilisation check, grading and daily development entered at the bench by the embryology team.
Where the cycle includes preimplantation testing, the biopsy goes to the genetics laboratory and its report comes back into the platform against the individual embryo.

Platform
Sixteen of them, and one patient record underneath. Most clinics run a practice management system, an embryology log, a cryobank spreadsheet and a billing package that never speak to each other. TOT replaces the set. Every module writes to the same patient record, so nobody re-keys a date of birth or hunts for a consent form.

Genetics
TOT is not a laboratory. Preimplantation genetic testing on cycles run in the platform is carried out by Reproductive Genetic Innovations in Chicago, which runs its own laboratory workflow inside TOT and returns each report to the clinic through it — attached to the cycle, and to the embryo the biopsy came from.
A clinic running a cycle with preimplantation testing raises the request in the same place the rest of that cycle already lives.
RGI performs the testing in Chicago and manages its own laboratory work inside the platform, in modules built for it.
The report returns attached to the individual embryo, so the finding and the transfer decision sit in one record.
Trust & data
Clinics trust us with the most sensitive records a person has: their clinical history and their genome. That trust is the product. The platform has been audited for HIPAA compliance, our privacy policies follow the Canadian Standards Association Code for the Protection of Personal Information, and we do not use patient data outside what it takes to run, deliver and improve the service.
Reproductive medicine is measured in outcomes that arrive years later and then go to school. Everything in this platform — the cycle log, the cryobank position, the carrier result filed before treatment starts — exists so that a clinic can be accurate about a person who does not exist yet.
That is the whole idea behind the name: think of them.
