Think Of Them

The operating system for modern fertility clinics.

Run patients, donors, treatment cycles, embryology, andrology, cryobank, pharmacy, billing and analytics in one workspace. Partner genetics laboratories deliver their results back into the same record.

Most of the genetic testing volume on the platform runs with RGI in Chicago. Below, that partnership and the collaborations that came before it.

Platform

A treatment cycle, end to end

Seven stages, and the modules that carry the work at each one. Choose a stage to see what the clinic is doing and where it is recorded.

Intake and workup

History, consents and the first round of investigations are recorded once and stay with the patient for every cycle that follows.

Platform

Sixteen modules, one record

Sixteen of them, and one patient record underneath. Most clinics run a practice management system, an embryology log, a cryobank spreadsheet and a billing package that never speak to each other. TOT replaces the set. Every module writes to the same patient record, so nobody re-keys a date of birth or hunts for a consent form.

Electronic medical records

One clinical record per patient, shared across the clinic, with the whole treatment history in view.

Cycle management

Protocol, monitoring visits, dosing and day-by-day progress for every cycle in the clinic.

Embryology

Fertilisation method, grading and daily development logged at the bench and linked to the cycle.

CryoBank

Every straw with its tank, position, consent and storage term, findable in seconds.

Billing & financials

Invoices, payments and cycle costing that reconcile against the clinical work actually done.

Reporting & analytics

Activity, outcomes and workload drawn from the clinical record itself, so the board pack agrees with the notes.

Demonstration data. The names, dates and results shown belong to test records — no real patient or donor information appears anywhere on this site.

Genetics

Genetics comes back into the cycle, not into an inbox

TOT is not a laboratory. Preimplantation genetic testing on cycles run in the platform is carried out by Reproductive Genetic Innovations in Chicago, which runs its own laboratory workflow inside TOT and returns each report to the clinic through it — attached to the cycle, and to the embryo the biopsy came from.

How genetics reaches the record

Ordered from the cycle

A clinic running a cycle with preimplantation testing raises the request in the same place the rest of that cycle already lives.

Analysed by the laboratory

RGI performs the testing in Chicago and manages its own laboratory work inside the platform, in modules built for it.

Read against the embryo

The report returns attached to the individual embryo, so the finding and the transfer decision sit in one record.

Trust & data

Your patients' data, handled the way you would want your own handled

Clinics trust us with the most sensitive records a person has: their clinical history and their genome. That trust is the product. The platform has been audited for HIPAA compliance, our privacy policies follow the Canadian Standards Association Code for the Protection of Personal Information, and we do not use patient data outside what it takes to run, deliver and improve the service.

Read the full approach

  • Audited for HIPAA complianceFor clinics in the United States we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any protected health information is processed.
  • Hosting follows the clinicThe platform runs on Amazon Web Services. A clinic's data is held in the AWS region for the jurisdiction it operates in, agreed in writing before onboarding.
  • Encrypted in transitEverything entered or transferred is encrypted with the same class of transport security banks use online.
  • Identifiers held apartClinical data and genetic results are stored separately from names and other common identifying information.
  • We hold no genetic samplesTOT is software. A physical sample stays with the laboratory that analyses it; what reaches the platform is the report.
  • Research only with informed consentGenetic data enters research only where the participant has signed an informed consent form.

Why the name

Reproductive medicine is measured in outcomes that arrive years later and then go to school. Everything in this platform — the cycle log, the cryobank position, the carrier result filed before treatment starts — exists so that a clinic can be accurate about a person who does not exist yet.

That is the whole idea behind the name: think of them.
